Workshops/ Orientations
We offer action-oriented teacher workshops: "Healthy Eating Across the
Curriculum" and "Food Safety Across the Curriculum" that provide
easy ways for teachers to integrate nutrition and food safety into their
existing curriculum. These workshops may be tailored to the needs of the

science. Each teacher receives a resource packet including posters and a
KIDS FIRST CLASSROOM RECIPE BOOK with ideas on how to present fun and interesting
lessons that motivate students to learn existing curriculum concepts plus
motivate students to eat healthier.
